President Joe Biden criticized members of the House of Representatives for going on recess until February 28 without making a decision on providing assistance to Ukraine. Biden made the corresponding post on the X social network (Twitter) on February 16.
"The inability to support Ukraine at this critical moment will never be forgotten", - Biden wrote.
