"On February 4, National Guard officers tried to stop the Mitsubishi Pajero. The driver did not stop. After two warning shots, they opened fire on the car. The SUV was driven by lieutenant colonel Albert Atmurzaev, head of the personnel department of the temporary operational group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs", - the statement said.
It is noted that Atmurzaev was wounded in the head and hospitalized. He could not be saved.
