Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is considering not only replacing Chief of the General Staff Valeriy Zaluzhny but also several other leaders. He mentioned this in an interview with the Italian television company RAI, published on Sunday, as reported by Interfax-Ukraine.

"Zaluzhny? We need a reboot, a change in leadership, not only in the military. This is a question that concerns people who should lead Ukraine. A reboot is needed, a new beginning", - he said.

"I have something serious in mind that concerns not just one person but the direction of the country's leadership. When we talk about this, I mean replacing several government leaders, not just in one sector, for example, the army. I am thinking about this replacement, but it cannot be said that we have replaced one person here", - he added.

Zelensky stated that if Ukraine wants to win, everyone must move in the same direction. "Being convinced of victory, we cannot be sad, lower our hands; we must have the right positive energy... that's why I talk about a restart, a replacement. I have something serious in mind; it's not about one person but about the direction of the country's leadership", - he explained.

As reported earlier, Ukraine informed the White House that President Volodymyr Zelensky decided to dismiss General Valeriy Zaluzhny from the position of Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
