The real estate of the former deputy and traitor Oleh Tsariov has been seized in Dnipro, the Kyiv oblast, and in the occupied Crimea. This information was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU).

The seized properties include an apartment in the central part of Dnipro, a land plot in the Kyiv oblast, and two real estate complexes in the temporarily occupied Crimea. In particular, this involves the Kirova sanatorium and the Princess Baryatinskaya Estate museum, where Tsariov currently resides.

The total value of Tsarev's seized real estate is almost half a billion hryvnias. Blocking the assets of the suspect will prevent their re-registration to proxy individuals to avoid further confiscation, added the SBU.

According to the investigation, after the annexation of the Ukrainian peninsula, Tsariov re-registered his Crimean sanatorium in accordance with russian legislation. Therefore, he regularly pays money from the recreational business to the budget of the aggressor country in the form of "taxes".

In addition, Tsariov has entered into a contract with a unit of the russian National Guard for the installation and maintenance of security equipment for two Crimean objects belonging to the former deputy. The money for such services is paid directly to the bank accounts of the russian occupation group located on the temporarily seized peninsula, according to the statement.

Tsarev has also been informed of additional suspicions under Part 3 of Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (financing actions aimed at changing the borders of the territory or state border of Ukraine).
