In the "DNR", wives of mobilized individuals participating in the "Way Home" campaign, demanding the return of their husbands from the front, have started receiving threats. This information was reported by the "Important Stories" Telegram channel.
These women have begun receiving calls, with local authorities threatening to detain "violators" in case of their repeated participation in the campaign.
According to them, an order has been received from moscow to "patrol all monuments" near which protests take place and to "detain, considering the state of war".
It is noteworthy that the actual actions demanding demobilization involved wives of men mobilized in the occupied Donetsk oblast posting photos online of laying flowers at various monuments. The women made efforts to ensure that they could not be identified in these photos. "We took pictures with our backs turned so that our relatives serving wouldn't face consequences", - explained one of the participants in the campaign.
