Russian official Andrei Chertkov, appointed as the "first deputy prime minister" in the self-proclaimed "DNR", reported that the private sector in the Smolianka and Tekstylshchyk districts of occupied Donetsk is without electricity.
He also mentioned that in Makiivka, the Centralno-Miskiy and Chervonohvardiisky districts are partially without power.
Chertkov promised that "a little later, after the peak of the energy passage", these areas will be connected to the power supply.
As reported earlier, some areas in the occupied part of the Donetsk oblast have been left without electricity and partially without heating for more than a week.
