Russian occupying forces targeted Novohrodivka and Krasnohorivka with missile and artillery fire in the Donetsk region, resulting in the death of a woman and the injury of a child. This information was reported by the Donetsk Oblast Prosecutor's Office.
It is noted that on the night of January 26, the russian army fired two S-300 missiles at Novohrodivka. An 11-year-old boy, who was sleeping in his room, sustained injuries. His parents immediately took him to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a leg laceration. After providing necessary assistance to the boy, medical professionals prescribed outpatient treatment for him.
In addition, in the settlement, 10 private residences, 2 two-story residential buildings, a store, 3 garages, and civilian vehicles were damaged. Around 13:00, the enemy attacked the city of Krasnohorivka, presumably using small-caliber artillery. A 60-year-old local resident, who was near her own home, suffered injuries incompatible with life.
Pre-trial investigations have been initiated into criminal cases regarding violations of the laws and customs of war.
