Two more residents of the Kurakhove community in the Donetsk oblast have died as a result of russian shelling in the past 24 hours. This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, in his Telegram channel on January 25.

"In the Pokrovsky district, 2 people were wounded in Avdiivka. In the Kurakhove community, Hirniak was hit by a missile strike - 2 people died, 9 were injured; two 5-story buildings and 43 private houses were damaged. Also, 4 houses in Trudove were damaged in the community", - the message said.

It is noted that a total of 11 people in the region were injured in the past 24 hours.

It is also reported that Novoukrainka in the Vuhledar community was shelled with cluster munitions - no casualties were reported. In the Kramatorsk district, during the night, russians struck Oleksiive-Druzhkivka - 3 houses were destroyed, 10 houses and an orphanage were damaged. In the Lyman community, Torske, Yampol, and Terny came under fire. In the Konstiantynivka community, the outskirts of several villages were shelled.

"Bakhmut district. In Siverk, 2 houses were destroyed, 2 houses and an administrative building were damaged. In the Chasiv Yar community, 5 private houses and 4 multi-story buildings were damaged", -the message also said.

In total, russians shelled populated areas in the Donetsk oblast 15 times in the past 24 hours.

Filashkin also reported that 69 more people, including 17 children, were evacuated from the front line in the past day.

It was previously reported that the body of a deceased resident and his entire family were evacuated from the front-line city of Makiivka in the Luhansk oblast.
