On January 19, Russian media claim that the "Armed Forces of Ukraine attempted to attack the Tambov powder plant in the city of Kotovsk".
It is reported that "the target of the enemy was workshop No. 3, where the products are being mixed", but the drone allegedly fell on the open territory.
Local Telegram channels report that the unmanned aerial vehicle was found by employees who were on duty at the powder plant overnight.
"The drone fell on the platform near the workshop where the powders are mixed. Fortunately, no one was injured, and there was no damage. The staff was evacuated", - the messages say.
At the same time, according to videos from the scene of the drone crash, there is significant damage on the plant's premises.
