The police of the Donetsk oblast have identified 7 victims of the rocket strike on January 6th in Pokrovsk and the village of Rivne in the Pokrovsk district of the Donetsk oblast. The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) reported this on Telegram.

According to the report, investigators and forensic experts continue to examine body fragments collected at the sites of the rocket attack on January 6th.

Currently, it has been established that:

▪ Four victims in the village of Rivne - a three-year-old girl, her father and mother, aged 32 and 30, and a 59-year-old grandmother.

▪ Three victims in Pokrovsk - a 34-year-old man and two women aged 37 and 39.

"Identification is ongoing. Police are determining the identities of another 4 deceased individuals", - noted the MIA.

On January 8th, search and rescue operations were completed in the Pokrovsk district.

As reported, on the evening of January 6th, russians targeted the Pokrovsk district with S-300 missiles.
