Fifty-three individuals, including children, were affected by the missile attack carried out by russian forces on Kyiv on December 13. This information was shared by Mykhailo Shamanov, a representative of Kyiv City Military Administration, during a national Ukrainian TV news marathon.

"There is no information about fatalities. In total, 53 people were affected, including 6 children. The oldest person is 80 years old, and the youngest is 5. Medical assistance has been provided to all", - he stated.

According to police information, 15 people have been hospitalized with preliminary diagnoses of stab and slash wounds and acute stress reactions.

In turn, the State Emergency Service reported that in the Dniprovsky district of Kyiv, the facade of a multi-story building was damaged due to shelling, and a balcony on the 6th floor caught fire. Eight cars were ablaze in the building's courtyard.

The kindergarten building also suffered damage, with its facade mutilated and windows shattered.

According to DTEK information, 35 houses in this area remain without electricity due to damage to power lines by missile debris. Power supply is expected to be restored by approximately 2:00 p.m.
