During the night of April 24, russian forces launched S-300 missiles at Kharkiv. This was reported by the Kharkiv Oblast Prosecutor's Office.
"According to the investigation, on April 24, around 00:30 a.m., the armed forces of the russian federation launched missile strikes on the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv. Two missiles hit a residential complex, damaging three multi-story buildings, at least 33 private cars, cafes, shops, and office spaces. A total of six civilians were injured: three men aged 33, 45, and 53 sustained minor injuries, while three women aged 25, 45, and 54 experienced acute stress reactions. Preliminary information suggests that the enemy attacked the city with two S-300 missiles from the territory of the Belgorod oblast of the russian federation", - the statement said.
Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and necessary measures to document the war crimes committed by representatives of the russian armed forces. Under the procedural guidance of the Shevchenkivskyi District Prosecutor's Office of Kharkiv, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
