As of November 16, there are only 65 residents remaining in several villages of the Svatove district in the Luhansk oblast that are under Ukrainian control, the same number reported a week ago. This information was provided by Artem Lysohor, the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, during an interview with "Media Center Ukraine - Ukrinform" on November 16.

"The majority of the population there has already been evacuated. However, 65 civilians still remain. We provide them with everything they need - food and items to help them get through the winter. We also deliver enough firewood so that people can heat their own homes", - said Lysohor.

He noted that the access roads to the liberated settlements are becoming more challenging due to both weather conditions and attempts by the enemy to disrupt logistics.

Earlier reports indicated that in several villages in the Luhansk oblast under Ukrainian control, there were 65 residents as of November 10.
