On October 23rd, russian Telegram channels reported the death of 73 russian military personnel in Donetsk due to the shelling of a military unit on October 21st.
"The attack by Ukrainian rockets and shells resulted in the deaths of 23 military personnel, including 6 officers", - the message stated.
It is specified that an operational meeting was underway in one of the buildings that came under fire, which is why so many officers were among the casualties.
Earlier, it was reported that the Kuibyshevsky district in Donetsk was subjected to heavy shelling.
