The "DNR" authorities have allocated 156 plots for housing construction. This was announced by the fake "acting Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services", Nikolay Tsyganov.
As of today, 119 of these plots are located in Mariupol, 15 in Makiivka, and 13 in Donetsk. Additionally, 8 plots are located in the Novoazovsk district, and 1 in Volnovakha.
The "minister" clarified that all the housing to be built on these plots will be commercial, meaning it can be purchased within the framework of preferential mortgage programs.
Local media reminded that in September, the only preferential mortgage for purchasing housing in a new building in Mariupol was issued.
