The russian dictator will not attend the concert commemorating the anniversary of the annexation of four oblasts of Ukraine, which was scheduled for today, September 29th. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov announced this.
Specifically, when asked if putin planned to visit the concert on red square, Peskov replied, "No, it is not in the president's plans".
It is noted that the show, titled "One Country, One Family, One Russia" was scheduled for September 29th to mark the annexation of parts of the Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts of Ukraine, which putin signed into russia on September 30, 2022.
