Russia is ready for a direct conflict with NATO. Former russian president dmitry medvedev made this statement on his Telegram page.
He expressed the view that the North Atlantic Alliance has "turned into an openly fascist bloc akin to the Hitlerite Axis".
"It seems that Russia is being left with fewer choices other than a direct conflict with NATO on the ground... We are ready, even though the outcome will come at much greater costs to humanity than in 1945", - he wrote.
As reported earlier, it was russia that initiated the bloodiest war in Europe since the end of World War II. The political regime of modern russia meets all the criteria of a fascist state.
