On the morning of September 21, during a massive missile attack, debris from a downed missile struck a social infrastructure facility in Cherkasy city center, resulting in five reported injuries. This was announced by Ihor Taburets, the head of Cherkasy Oblast Military Administration, on Telegram.
According to the official, debris fell in the central part of the city as a result of air defense operations.
"The russians launched a missile strike on the city of Cherkasy. In particular, a social infrastructure facility was affected. Currently, there are five casualties, with at least one person trapped under the rubble. The rescue operation is ongoing", - Taburets reported.
It was also reported that on the morning of September 21, russian occupiers launched rocket attacks on Kyiv, resulting in seven casualties and a fire at an auto repair shop.
