Russian forces launched an attack with Smerch multiple rocket launchers on Druzhkivka, causing damage to five houses. This was reported by the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration on September 9th via Telegram.
It is also noted that in the Toretsk community, enemy shelling damaged a house in Siverne, while two more residences were affected in Shcherbynivka and Petrivka. In the Chasiv Yar community, two houses suffered from the strikes.
Additionally, in the village of Shevchenko, Komarska community, several houses were destroyed and agricultural equipment was damaged. Four houses in Zarichne, Lyman community, were also damaged, and in Siversk, two houses and a non-residential structure were destroyed.
Within a day, due to the invaders' attacks, four residents of the Donetsk oblast lost their lives: two in Pereizdne, and one each in Zarichne and Katerynivka. Seven more people in the region were injured.
As reported earlier, since the beginning of the war, 17 museums out of 36 in the Donetsk oblast have evacuated their exhibits.
