There are certain obstacles from the Russian side in the negotiation process between Ukraine and russia for an "all for all" prisoners of war exchange, but the situation is not as complicated as it may seem. This was stated by Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, in a Ukrainian national TV news marathon on September 7.

"The process of exchanging prisoners of war continues as of now. There are technical difficulties. I believe it's because of russia's not entirely correct position. But we will overcome this", - said Budanov.

According to him, Ukraine is very close to russia agreeing to an "all for all" exchange in the near future, and the Ukrainian side is working to overcome the obstacles.

"We just need to find the right ways to resolve this issue", - noted the head of Ukrainian intelligence.

As reported, the Main Intelligence Directorate will show a film about the downed russian pilots, which includes the story of a Mi-8 pilot who was persuaded to fly to Ukraine to hand over the helicopter.
