On September 6, President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff regarding the preparation of the energy system for winter. He announced this in his Telegram channel.
Zelensky mentioned that he heard reports from Prime Minister Shmyhal, Deputy Prime Minister Kubrakov, representatives of the entire energy sector, State Special Communications, the General Staff, and regional military administrations.
The participants discussed a comprehensive plan to protect critical infrastructure from potential russian attacks.
"There is still work to be done. All participants in the process have received specific tasks with specific deadlines. This topic will receive special attention", - noted the President.
As previously reported, after his trip to the Donbas and Zaporizhzhia, Zelensky stated that there would be "important events for Ukraine".
