The russian Ministry of Defense cynically claimed that the main targets of strike on a residential building in the city center of Lviv were "British Challenger tanks" and around 800 Ukrainian military personnel and foreign mercenaries who arrived from Western training centers.
As a result of the russian missile attack in Lviv, 10 civilians were killed, and approximately 42 people were injured.
