On the evening of March 5, two powerful explosions were heard in the occupied Melitopol at the invaders’ military bases. The mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov reported this on the air of the Ukrainian TV channel.
"Two powerful explosions were heard in the northern districts of the city. There is already information that two objects, where russian fighters were located, were destroyed", - Fedorov said.
According to preliminary information, hundreds of enemy soldiers were killed. According to the mayor, the General Staff will provide exact figures and complete information.
Earlier it was reported that on March 5, in the temporarily occupied Melitopol, Zaporizhzhia oblast, two explosions were heard simultaneously.
