Preliminary, three people were killed and six were injured in a rocket attack in Kyiv on November 23. A two-storey building was also damaged. This was reported in Telegram by the Kyiv City Military Administration.

Later, this information was confirmed in Telegram by mayor of the capital Vitali Klitschko.
"Three people died as a result of today’s rocket attacks on the capital. A 17-year-old girl is among them. 11 residents of the capital were injured. 10 of them were hospitalized in medical institutions of the city. Medics rendered assistance to one victim on the spot", - Klitschko wrote.
