Several explosions were heard in russian Belgorod early this morning, on August 31. The authorities traditionally announced that the air defense system had worked. Local governor Vyacheslav Gladkov writes this in Telegram.
"This morning in Belgorod began with several explosions. The air defense system was working. According to the information that I have at the moment, there are no damages or casualties. We are carefully checking this information now. As soon as I get some other one, I will definitely let you know", - Gladkov wrote at about six o'clock in the morning.
