Ukrzaliznytsia has resumed the evacuation from the Donetsk oblast after a one-day pause due to the consequences of the shelling of Chaplyne in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast. The press service of Ukrzaliznytsia reported this on Telegram on August 27.

“The evacuation from Donbas cannot be stopped with rockets: after a one-day pause as a result of the Chaplyne tragedy and the necessary restoration work, our brave guides, accompanied by doctors, took 492 people to a safe place yesterday. We continue to do our job, because each evacuation flight is a train to victory”, - UZ said in a statement.

Let us recall that on August 24, a russian missile hit the cars at the Chaplyne railway station and the housing sector of the village in the Dnipropetrovsk oblast. The missile attack killed 25 civilians, including two children. Dozens more people were injured.

As previously reported, mandatory evacuation of citizens began in the Donetsk oblast in early August.
