The Verkhovna Rada has adopted an appeal to the UN, PACE, OSCE, NATO, the European Parliament, governments and parliaments of foreign states on non-recognition of the independence of self-proclaimed entities in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, - correspondent of OstroV correspondent reports.

There is no text of the resolution on the website of the parliament, but there is a conclusion of the relevant committee, which says that it is aimed at expressing the official position of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the non-recognition of any decisions on behalf of the Russian Federation that will concern the independence of the self-proclaimed entities in the temporarily occupied territories of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.
