Occupiers of the so-called "LNR" opened a "criminal case" against ex-president of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili. This was reported by the fake "LNR prosecutor's office". It was reported that the basis for "initiating the criminal case" allegedly was "infringement on the life of law enforcement officers, as well as murder of two or more persons" on the Independence Square in Kyiv in 2014. The so-called "LNR law enforcement officers" invented that, allegedly, "a group of snipers arrived in Kyiv from Georgia at the end of 2013 at the invitation of Saakashvili, which fired at protesters, as well as at representatives of law enforcement agencies, at the end of February 2014". At the same time, the occupiers did not explain why they delayed the opening of this "criminal case" for more than 7 years.
Another 503 cases of coronavirus were registered in the areas of the Donetsk oblast occupied by the Russian Federation over the day, 70 patients died. These are the data of the fake "DNR Ministry of Health" as of October 7. 9980 patients are undergoing treatment (inpatient and outpatient) in CADO. The occupiers also revealed 410 cases of "usual" pneumonia over the day, which is 10 cases more than in the previous day. Of these, 187 patients were hospitalized.
