The ruling in the Russian Federation United Russia party will hold a large-scale "forum" called "Russia-Donbass: Unity of Priorities" in the occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast. This is said in the message of the so-called "Russian Center" in Donetsk.
It is noted that this event "is expected to involve about 800 people from the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as from the Russian Federation".
Representatives of the United Russia were announced among the "forum" participants in addition to the "DNR/LNR" leaders.
"The forum is dedicated to the achievements of modern Russia in politics, culture, medicine, science, sports, education and IT technologies. During the event, the participants will exchange views on the development of the key spheres of life of the Russian state", - the organizers admitted that it has no practical importance.
Apparently, this "forum" is a pre-election event for United Russia, which wants to enlist the votes of the residents of CADLO, who illegally obtained Russian citizenship by decree of Vladimir Putin, at the election to the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
"An interactive zone will operate at the forum site – the online registration center for Russian citizens living in the Donbas on a single portal of State services", - the event organizers indirectly confirm this.
As previously reported, the Russian Federation is considering the option of organizing the voting of CADLO residents remotely, through the State Services portal. To that end, a massive campaign is being carried out in the occupied Donbas for the "new Russians" to be issued individual insurance account numbers, which opens access to the portal.
