Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree calling for reservists to participate in military training in 2021. This is said in the text of decree of the Kremlin's head.
"To call on Russian citizens who are in reserve to undergo military training in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Federal Security Service bodies in 2021", - the decree says.
At the same time, the details of Vladimir Putin's decree, set out in three paragraphs of the document, are categorized as "confidential". Thus, the time frame of the military training and the number of conscripts have not been announced.
