The so-called "chairman of the DPR People's Council" Denis Pushilin said the Minsk agreements would be implemented during 10-15 years. It is reported by the separatist DAN website.
"I can express my position. Looking how the Minsk agreements are fulfilled, looking at this complex situation in terms of conflict resolution, the real terms of their fulfillment can 10-15 years," - he said.
"Accordingly, it is inappropriate to limit the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements by 2016," - said Pushilin.
