The "DNR" leader Denis Pushilin ordered to come up with a "platform of the ideological structure" of the so-called "Russian Donbass". He stated this at a meeting with the local community.
"The values and traditions of the population of Donbas should be comprehensively explained, defined and reflected in the cultural and historical doctrine, which will be called "Russian Donbass", - the puppet "head" pathetically announced.
According to him, "on the basis of the new program document, all the work of the "state" authorities will be built… at least for a generation ahead".
"We need to work out very carefully, and not leave anything unattended. We need to give clear definitions to the concepts, explain scientifically our common position, because we have a lot of impulses, and it is extremely difficult to describe this", - Pushilin announced a course towards strengthening mass propaganda.
"We will not be able to move on without this. Our citizens, our families and friends should live with dignity", - he once again promised the residents of the occupied Donbas a better life "taking into account the difficulties we faced".
