Russian officers expressed dissatisfaction with "business trips" to Donbass saying that it was contrary to international law. It is reported Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

"In connection with the publication in Ukrainian and Russian media the real names of regular officers of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, who are directly involved in the fighting on the temporarily occupied territories in the East of Ukraine, as well as information about the intentions of Ukraine to hold them accountable for war crimes, 74 officers of the separate motorized rifle brigade (Yurga, Kemerovo region.) of the 41st Army Central Military District of the Russian Armed Forces expressed an open dissatisfaction with the constant trips to Donbass on March 15th, 2016. It was openly noted at the officers' meeting that such actions of the military and political leader of Russia were contrary to both international and national legislation, which provided criminal liability for those who gave and performed illegal (criminal) orders," - said the statement.
