President Petro Poroshenko is considering three scenario versions of the appointment of a new government. The press secretary of the President Svyatoslav Tsegolko told that on his Facebook page.
"Today the President is having meetings with leaders of factions, in particular now with the leader of Samopomich Sadovyi," - he wrote.
"The purpose of the meetings of the President with the political leaders is acceleration of searching the way out of the political crisis. It is clear to everyone that a new coalition is needed for the formation of the new government. Its main criteria should be the pro-European course and acceleration of reforms," - added Tsegolko.
According to him, there are three scenarios:
1) technocratic government (led by the Minister of Finance Natalia Yaresko - Ed). If all pro-European faction unite around the technocratic government;
2) political government (for example, led to the current Mayor Andrey Sadovyi). The purpose of this government like the previous one is acceleration of the reforms pace;
3) if parliamentary forces have other candidates, let them offer and find 226 votes in the Verkhovna Rada.
"The President is willing to work with any candidate who is offered by the coalition," - concluded Poroshenko’s press secretary.
