22 811 cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of May 29. This was reported by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov at a briefing in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
"429 people fell ill over the past day, of which 66 children and 66 health workers", - he stated.
According to him, 10 deaths from COVID-19 have been recorded over the past day.
"In total, 22 811 people fell ill during the pandemic, including 1693 children and 4411 health workers. 8934 people recovered and 679 died", - Maksym Stepanov said.
The Minister noted that 10533 tests on COVID-19 were carried out by PCR over the past day.
