There should be no representatives of the "DNR/LNR" with Russian passports at the negotiations in Minsk. This statement was made by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, answering a question from journalists at a press conference on the year of his stay in power.

"We have restarted the Minsk group today, we gave the status to the Minsk process and everyone sees it. We were able to show that the people who are representatives of the "DNR" and "LNR", who have been at these meetings in the Minsk groups for six years, some of them (everyone - OstroV) have Russian passports, that they cannot be there. We can only speak with representatives of the temporarily occupied territories, but they must all be citizens of Ukraine", - he said.
