President Volodymyr Zelensky has extended the ban on Russian social networks and Internet services. This is evidenced by the published text of decree of the President of Ukraine No.184/2020.

"In accordance with Article 107 of the Constitution of Ukraine, I decide: to enact the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine of May 14, 2020 "On the application, cancellation and amendment of personal special economic and other restrictive measures (sanctions)" (attached)", - the decree says.

Monitoring of the implementation of decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, enforced by this decree, is entrusted to the NSDC Secretary.

Earlier, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine submitted to the President's Office a draft decree on the application of sanctions against Russian social networks and Internet services, in particular Mail.ru, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, etc.
