The Verkhovna Rada have adopted bill No. 3219 "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine aimed at preventing the occurrence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19)" in the second reading and in general, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

344 people's deputies voted for the corresponding decision.

The law stipulates that for the period of establishing quarantine or restrictive measures related to the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and within 30 days from the date of its cancellation, it is prohibited:

- making a decision to cancel the certificate of registration of the internally displaced person on the basis of information about the long-term absence (more than 60 days) of the person at the place of residence, which gives reasonable grounds to believe that the internally displaced person has returned to the abandoned place of permanent residence;

- stopping the debit operations by Oschadbank on the current account of the internally displaced person in the absence of physical identification;

- monitoring the implementation of social payments to internally displaced persons at their place of actual residence / stay.
