The bill on amendments to the Constitution in connection with decentralization was recalled by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and will be finalized before being submitted to the Verkhovna Rada. This was reported by the president's press service.

It is noted that the bill was discussed at a meeting between Zelensky and deputy heads of the Servant of the People faction, and it was decided that the decentralization reform requires detailed discussion and consultation with representatives of all parties.

As reported, on December 12, Zelensky announced on the air of 1+1 channel that amendments to the Constitution in connection with the Minsk agreements would concern decentralization throughout Ukraine, and on December 13, a draft law on decentralization of power was introduced to the Verkhovna Rada.
