The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) has indicted the criminal proceedings against the former Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine for declaring false information. This was reported by the press service of the SAPO.

According to reports, the SAPO prosecutor in the Anti-Corruption Court announced a bill of indictment against the former Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine for declaring false information (Article 366-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) at a regular court hearing on October 21, 2019. In addition, the panel of judges determined the order and scope of the study of evidence in the case.

According to the SAPO press service, the next meeting on this production will be held on October 28, 2019.
