The Constitutional Court has begun consideration of the case on compliance of the Constitution of Ukraine with the decree of President Volodymyr Zelensky on the dissolution of the Verkhovna Rada, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
The court session is attended by President Volodymyr Zelensky and several deputies.
The constitutional court will consider this question in the form of oral proceedings.
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced his intention to early dissolve the Verkhovna Rada and called early parliamentary election on July 21.
In turn, people's deputies from the People's Front filed a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court on the illegality of the presidential decree.
