A significant shortage of doctors and nurses is observed in the "DNR". This is evidenced by the data of the so-called "republican center of employment" of the "DNR", - separatist media write.
So, as of May 2019, more than 800 vacancies were open for medical staff only in Donetsk.
In particular, medical institutions lack 430 doctors, 378 nurses, 25 midwives, 15 paramedics and 6 pharmacists.
The situation is even more disastrous in remote areas of CADO. The situation is most acute with medical personnel in Yasynuvata, Yenakiieve, Horlivka, Debaltseve, Shakhtarsk, as well as in the Telmanove and Shakhtarsk districts. The shortage of medical staff here ranges from 50 to 60 percent.
