The Pechersk district court of Kyiv has ordered the Prosecutor General's Office to open criminal proceedings against military prosecutor of the Joint Forces Oleh Tsytsak. This is stated in the materials of the court, - Ukrayinski Novyny reports.

The investigating judge established that in December, the applicant had appealed to the Prosecutor General's Office and asked to register the criminal proceedings on the fact of possible commission of a crime by the Joint Forces' military prosecutor.

The applicant stated that Tsytsak had committed a crime under Part 3 of Art. 382 (willful neglect to comply with the decision of the European Court of Human Rights) of the Criminal Code.

The court agreed with the arguments of the claimant and obliged the authorized persons of the Prosecutor General's Office to enter information into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations on his application about the criminal offense and to start a pre-trial investigation.
