Military exercises of illegal armed groups will be held in the occupied part of Donetsk oblast. This was stated by the "DNR" leader Denis Pushilin.
He unfoundedly accused Ukraine of violating the "comprehensive Christmas truce" and on this basis, announced holding of military exercises in the "DNR".
"Taking into account the nature of Ukraine's actions, I believe that scheduled exercises of the people's militia (illegal armed formations of the "DNR" - OstroV), which have purely defensive nature, will become a guarantee of strengthening the defense capacity of the "republic" and raising the morale of our fighters", - Pushilin stated.
An hour earlier, the "LNR" leader made a similar statement and also assured that exercises of the "republic's" armed groups would be of a "defensive nature" only.
Tellingly that both statements were made using almost the same words, what once again underlines the puppetism of the "DNR/LNR" occupation authorities.
