Country administrative court of Kyiv has declared the dismissal of Roman Nasirov from the post of head of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine illegal. This is reported by LB.ua.

The decision says that Nasirov's removal from office in March 2017 and his dismissal on January 31, 2018 were illegal.

Citing lawyer Liubomyr Drozdovskyi, Hromadske reports that the court decided to immediately reinstate Nasirov in the position and ordered to pay him a salary for the forced absenteeism.

As previously reported, Roman Nasirov is suspected that during 2015–2016, he, acting in the interests of people's deputy Oleksandr Onyshchenko, provided the heads of regional and territorial bodies of the SFS with illegal instructions to make groundless decisions about the extension of the tax debt of OOO Has company, OOO Karpatnadrainvest and OOO Nadra Geocenter.

On March 3, 2017, the Cabinet of Ministers removed Roman Nasirov from the duties of head of the SFS at the time of investigation, and on January 31, dismissed him from the post.

On September 28, Shevchenko district court of Kyiv extended procedural duties as part of a measure of restraint to Nasirov, but freed him from the obligation to wear an electronic control device.
