On November 15, the militants violated the ceasefire 8 times. Four cases of the use of weapons prohibited by the Minsk agreements were recorded. At night, the illegal armed formations used 82 and 100 mm mortars at the Joint Forces' positions in the areas of Shumy and Pivdenne settlements. Two houses of civilians of Pivdenne were completely destroyed by the shelling. The firing positions of the militants were located among the residential areas of Horlivka. The Joint Forces did not open fire on the settlements, however, the case of the use of prohibited weapons by the enemy and firing under the cover of civilians was documented, all materials were transferred to international organizations that carry out judicial activities in the field of war crimes.
Leader of the "DNR" Denis Pushilin states that he intends to work out peace in the Donbass only on the terms of the terrorist "republic". He told about the actual refusal to implement the Minsk agreements in an interview with separatist media.

People are forced to cross the contact line, they state that militants at the "DNR" checkpoints beat the cover because it is hard to call it work – to let in 5 cars per hour is a chaos.
