"DNR" uses "Minsk" as a platform for PR, and does not respect Minsk agreement – Pushilin (VIDEO) 11/09/2018 12:24:28. Total views 966. Views today — 0.

Leader of the "DNR" Denis Pushilin stated that within the framework of negotiations in Minsk, the occupation authorities are taking actions diametrically opposite to the Minsk agreements. He said this, commenting on the question on practicability of continuing attempts to resolve the conflict in the Donbass in a similar format.

In particular, he made it clear that the "DNR" authorities are not taking any steps for integration into Ukraine, continuing instead to strengthen the quasi-state structures and integrate into Russia.

"Throughout this period (of negotiations of the contact group in Minsk – OstroV), we are building our statehood. We are strengthening… All this pushes us to integrate with Russia. We cannot live in a closed space. Now the Russian Center is working - it started its work from 12 regions, now we are working with 20 regions of the Russian Federation, and next year, it is planned to work with 25 regions of Russia", - Pushilin said.

According to him, the "DNR" should continue to use the negotiations in Minsk for its own PR. "Minsk for us is an international platform where we can be heard, where our position is understandable and transmitted to the whole world. Therefore, it is not advisable for us to leave the Minsk agreements", - the leader of the terrorist "republic" stated.

As reported, the Minsk agreements, first of all, provide for the restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine by providing the temporarily occupied territories of Donbass with the status of "areas with a special order of local self-government". Under all the documents signed in Minsk, there are signatures, including of the puppet leaders CADLO. Such concepts like the "DNR" or "LNR", as well as the names of any positions of "heads of republics", do not appear in the Minsk documents at all. Also, the Minsk agreements do not stipulate the procedure of the "state-building of the republics", as well as their integration into Russia.
