Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko handed the letter of resignation to President Petro Poroshenko. This was stated by the press secretary of the Prosecutor General Larysa Sarhan, - Ukrainian News reports.
"Yes, he handed the letter of resignation", - she said.
According to her, the letter of resignation was handed on Wednesday. There is no response to the letter yet.
As previously reported, on November 6, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko announced his plans to resign.
