Current leader of the "DNR" Denis Pushilin created and handed over to the punitive bodies lists of so-called "critically important experts" who are strictly forbidden to leave the occupied territory. One of the activists of the Russian Spring-2014 with the nickname "Donetsk aborigine", now removed from power, writes about it on social networks.
He recalls that nine months ago, the then leader of the "DNR" Alexander Zakharchenko banned officials of public sector and other important industries from leaving the republic. However, this decree was not fully implemented and many potentially restricted to leave freely traveled outside the occupied Donbass.
Pushilin filled these gaps, - "Aborigine" reports. According to him, "the result was formation of lists of critically important experts and real ban for them to cross the border in the direction of Ukraine".
