Current leaders Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik guaranteedly win the illegal elections of "heads" the terrorist "republics" of Donbass. This was confidently stated in an interview with TASS by Russian political analyst Alexey Chesnakov, who is part of the team of the Kremlin curator of occupied Donbass Vladislav Surkov.
"With a probability of 99%, it is possible to predict the victory of Denis Pushilin in the DNR and Leonid Pasechnik in the LNR. Most of their supporters will get the majority in the republics' parliaments", - he stated dogmatically.
Answering the question about other possible candidates, in particular, about creator of the terrorist Vostok Battalion Alexander Khodakovsky and recently dismissed stand-in leader Dmitry Trapeznikov, Chesnakov replied that "the named people are not candidates just yet".
"If they like the slogan of school competitions "it's not about winning, it's about taking part", they can certainly try, but the chances are negligible", - he concluded.
